How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we ship from different shipping centres around the world depending on location.

How do I cancel an order?

We can only cancel orders within the first 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for dispatch or has been dispatched. Once this becomes effective, it is no longer in our control. We apologise for any inconvenience, but pride ourselves on the speed of service. This includes ensuring that your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.

What is your returns policy?

If there is something wrong with your order (defective product, wrong order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to help you check the case and if approved, we will send the replacement. Please do not send anything back until we have reviewed the case.
